Vice President of Capital Projects
Bruce Reighard is the vice president of capital projects for Monolith’s Olive Creek Plant where he is responsible for leading the project team in construction and commissioning of the plant. Previously, Mr. Reighard served as the facility general manager for the Company’s Seaport Pilot Plant in California and led the manufacturing team in Nebraska.
Mr. Reighard brings 40 years of experience in specialty chemicals manufacturing and supply chain leadership. Throughout his career, Mr. Reighard has demonstrated a strong track record for facilitating operational excellence, realizing success across multiple sites and regions.
Prior to joining Monolith, Mr. Reighard served as Director – Warehouse, Packing, and Shipping for Cabot Corporation’s Global Supply Chain. He joined Cabot as general manager of a carbon black manufacturing facility in Louisiana, after 20 years with FMC Corporation. At FMC, he held manufacturing management roles at multiple sites including responsibility for startup and led a greenfield hydrogen peroxide manufacturing facility in British Columbia. Mr. Reighard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University.
